About
From Mumbai to Munich, I've spent 7 years figuring out why good data rarely leads to good decisions, and fixing that. Not just with dashboards, but with platforms people actually use, AI that solves real problems, and decisions backed by evidence.
Today I lead platform and data initiatives at EIT Health , connecting SAAS products, analytics and AI across a pan-European health innovation network spanning 15+ countries. Before that I was building ML models predicting courier arrivals for blood sample logistics, and automating BI reports that saved hundreds of hours a month.
My background is an MBA in Technology Management meets Data Science meets "just ship it." I've worked across sales, marketing, operations, and healthcare, translating messy business problems into systems that scale. 90% platform adoption doesn't happen by accident.
I'm especially drawn to the moment where AI strategy, product thinking, and real-world impact meet and that's exactly where I do my best work.

- Led full lifecycle NetSuite CRM implementation : from stakeholder workshops and champion identification to UI/UX design, email integration, skills tagging, customer journey mapping, and organisation-wide deployment across a pan-European network, achieving 90% adoption
- Connected Matomo, SmartSimple, Stripe, and EduFrame via REST APIs to track the full learner journey : from website visit to application, payment, course activity, and completion, delivering Power BI dashboards on top for leadership reporting
- Leading LMS migration from proprietary vendor to open source : handling requirements gathering, vendor analysis, and stakeholder presentations across a pan-European organisation
- Led organisation-wide platform consolidation analysis during company restructuring using a time quadrant framework : delivered recommendations to leadership that were adopted to reduce platform costs
- Built Power BI dashboards supporting strategic decision-making across 15+ European countries
- Managed a team of 2 to deliver data pipeline and integration projects end-to-end
- Built an ML model to predict courier arrival times for time-critical blood sample logistics - without GPS data, using only timestamps - achieving ±5 min prediction accuracy displayed live at lab arrival gates to prepare staff in advance
- Analysed 12,000+ weekly blood samples to derive actionable product and operational insights
- Developed advanced KPI dashboards for international customers across Europe using Metabase and Amazon QuickSight
- Implemented preemptive alerting using PostgreSQL for data quality monitoring and system issues
- Led onboarding of international customers from UK, USA, and Germany, reducing setup errors and time-to-value
- Built in-house Python tool that grew the product catalogue by 700% through automated data collection and enrichment
- Executed end-to-end data quality, anomaly detection, and KPI implementation workflows for supply chain clients

- Designed and launched an online pre-course assessment on the Moebius LMS platform for mathematics and statistics
- During a Data Lake deployment, led requirements gathering and automated 100+ manual Excel BI reports into an in-house visualisation tool - updating automatically every day without manual work
- Applied predictive modelling on census data to design targeted marketing strategies — improving model accuracy from 70% to 92%
